THERAPY
Complimentary 1 time Phone Consult
Voluntary Contribution
This is a 20-minute complimentary phone consultation designed to clarify concerns about mental health, assess your readiness, and determine if our therapy services are the right fit for you. If other options are more suitable, referrals may be provided.
Standard 60min Session
SGD$200 nett
This is the standard duration of 1 session for our therapy services, which can be conducted online or in-person. Each session typically includes 50 minutes of therapy, followed by 10 minutes dedicated to review and discussing next steps. Any agreed additional time will be charged accordingly.
EMDR 90min Session
SGD$300 nett
This is the standard EMDR session for processing trauma experiences. Typically, EMDR sessions include 15 minutes of preparation, followed by 60 minutes of EMDR, and conclude with 15 minutes dedicated to grounding and discussing next steps.
Couple's Therapy
SGD$300 nett
This is the standard Couple's therapy session for 90 minutes, comprising 80 minutes of therapy and 10 minutes discussing inter-session work. Our clinical approach of Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy is an evidenced based approach known for addressing couple conflicts and attachment-related difficulties.
